Three independent reviews
Every listing is reviewed separately for security, for privacy, and — where it touches care — for clinical safety. It is not approved unless each required review passes.
Verified, tamper-checked bundles
Each version ships with a signed attestation and a software bill of materials; a tampered or unverified package is rejected before it can be approved.
Re-checked, not set-and-forget
Active listings are re-scanned on a schedule and re-checked for new vulnerabilities; anything that fails is suspended automatically.
Clinical-class listings
Anything clinical gets the highest bar.
A listing that can influence care is treated as clinically significant. It is reviewed by a Clinical Safety Officer, and installing it is gated by the same evidence checks that govern the rest of the platform — it goes live only when those checks pass.
Reviewer and approver are never the same person, and clinical-safety review is restricted to the people qualified to do it. The result: extensibility you can put in front of an auditor, not a back door around your safety posture.
